At Carr Baptist Church we want to share with you the good news about God and His love, in a way that will enrich the lives of those who are believers and at the same time challenge those who as yet have never received God’s gift of salvation. You will find a warm welcome awaiting you and a people who have experienced the joy of forgiveness and the reality of God’s unconditional love.

We believe that the message of the Bible is always relevant to every generation. It is a book and that is reliable dealing with real live issue. It shows us the ups and downs of life as it bring before us matters that affect every one of us. Like some of us, the people we read about in the Bible had good days and sometimes they had bad days [humanly speaking]. The Bible doesn’t attempt to hide the humanity of its subjects or the realities of life in a fallen world. But to the surprise of many – the Bible demonstrates a new reality with which the world is not familiar; it is possible to find JOY even when life is hard.

Our Sunday Services provide an environment where you can hear God’s word preached as we gather to praise God for His grace in our lives every day. We have a crèche along with a children’s church during our service as well as Sunday School which meets before our morning service.

Throughout the week we provide for our children and young people in pathfinders and youth club. We also meet on Wednesday in Church night at 8.00pm and you can find more details about these and other events on the web.
